Hello, I’m Coach Vikkie.

My story

My name is Mrs Boluwatife Victoria Abiodun Kingsley, though many people know me as Coach Vikkie. My work is guided by one powerful conviction: healthy relationships are not created by treating symptoms; they are built by addressing the root.

I have learned that the conflict people see is often only the surface. Beneath an argument may be unresolved pain, fear, unhealthy patterns or past experiences shaping the way people love, communicate and make relationship choices. This is why my mission is simple but transformative: let’s fix the root. Through my work, I help people understand what lies beneath their struggles so they can heal, grow and create lasting change.

As a Christian Relationship Coach, Certified Marriage and Family Therapist, Counsellor and author, I have counselled more than 4,000 people. I have supported singles as they healed and prepared for healthy relationships, guided courting couples as they built strong foundations, and helped married couples rediscover connection. My approach combines Scripture, evidence-based therapeutic methods and practical relationship tools, including my HEAL to COURT framework.

My professional preparation reflects the depth and breadth of my work. I have trained through Family Booster Academy, the Institute of Family Life, Interventions and Human Development, Jan Haldane Holistic Practice Training and Level 3 counselling training. I also hold an MSc in Biomedical Science with Distinction from the University of Salford and a BSc in Microbiology from Covenant University.

I recognise that lasting change requires more than one-to-one support, so I have expanded my vision to equip others. I am the founder and CEO of RTWV Academy Ltd in the UK and RTWV Academy Nigeria Ltd in Lagos, where I train and certify relationship coaches and deliver programmes including From Single to Chosen and Purpose Mentorship. Through these platforms, I am developing a growing network of professionals equipped to promote healthy, purposeful relationships in homes and communities.

My wider impact includes The RTWV Community, which supports more than 3,000 singles and couples on WhatsApp and Telegram; The RTWV Match, a faith-based matchmaking platform; and RTWV Connect, a conference designed to foster relationship education and meaningful conversations. Through The RTWV Community Project, The RTWV Teens Community, Catch Them Young and Love on Purpose, I also invest in the next generation by providing guidance to teenagers, their mums, and students in schools and universities across the UK and Nigeria.

I extend my teaching through writing and digital media. I am the author of five books: Decoding Him Right, Decoding Her Right, From Scarred to Brave, Walking Into Forever and Bridges of Speech. Through The RTWV Podcast, YouTube, churches, conferences and events, I continue to make relationship education accessible to thousands of people. My contribution to relationship education and digital impact has been recognised through the SME100 25under25 Award in December 2024 and Selar 100: Top African Creators 2025.

Today, I lead an online community of more than 200,000 people across the UK and Nigeria. Based in Leeds, I share my life and love story with my husband, living out the principles I teach. My work is more than counselling, coaching, writing or speaking; it is a mission to help people understand themselves, heal from what has shaped them, choose with wisdom and build relationships rooted in faith, clarity and purpose.
